A Message from the Conference Chair

Dear Colleagues:

The Eighth Pan-Pacific Conference on Occupational Ergonomics (PPCOE 2007) will be held in Bangkok , Thailand during October 17-19, 2007 at the Sofitel Central Plaza . The PPCOE 2007 which is the official conference of the Pan-Pacific Council on Occupational ergonomics will be hosted by the Ergonomics Society of Thailand (EST).

The PPCOE 2007 is intended to provide a forum for international researchers and practitioners to meet and share current issues and problems regarding ergonomics, safety, and health found in working and daily life. Case studies and research results on ergonomics and related issues from countries in the Asia-Pacific region and beyond will be reported and discussed. Ideas will be exchanged and research collaborations are expected to be initiated as a result of this conference.

You are cordially invited to submit abstracts of your papers to the Conference Secretariat at ppcoe2007@est.or.th . For more information on the abstract submission and the PPCOE 2007, please download and print the “Call for Papers” from our web site.
