Prof. Hitoshi TAKEI, PT, PhD, OMPT, FMT, GPTH.O.I.
Professor Hitoshi Takei works as a physical therapist and lecturer at Division of Physical Therapy, Tokyo Metropolitan University, Japan. He specializes in manual physical therapy, myofascial release and fascial manipulation, kinematics, and orthopedic surgery.
His research interests are related to fundamentals of fascia approach using MRI and ultrasound. His publications include 77 special books, 145 academic papers, 261 regular magazines, 177 television and radio appearances (Dohiru. "Myofascial Release & Diet. May 14, 2017, Thai-PBS.
Prof. Takei is also the chairperson of “The society of Japanese Manual Physical Therapy,” an assistant secretary of “Japanese Physical Therapy Association” and a Vice Chairman of “Tokyo Metropolitan Physical Therapy Association”
